Project 3 Horror Movie Poster Due October 21Lately, television and movie-going audiences are seeing a resurgence of intelligent, creepy horror shows. From American Horror Story, to the Castle Rock, to Get Out, things that go bump in the night seem to be making a big comeback in the fantasy world of film and video.
You will create artwork for the promotion of a horror movie or TV series. You’ll start by creating an original title for your movie, or choose a horror movie that you like. The poster has to be original. Do not copy promotional graphics for an existing movie. Create a compelling picture that draws the eye. Generate eerie background and texture effects and seamlessly combine visual elements that are both spooky and believable and “over the top”. The poster’s specifications are: 11”X17” 300ppi Portrait orientation, RGB. Please submit your finished work as a Flattened High quality JPG.
Modules due with Project 3 Module 5 Poultry in MotionModule 6 Rhinoserose
Naming ConventionsThe completed modules, projects and exams are to be submitted as digital files at the end of a project cycle. Save a PSD version of the image, but submit a JPEG. Name the project P2_your name.jpg. Name each module Mod1.JPG, Mod 2.JPG etc. If there is more that one exercise in the module please name each Module 1A, 1B etc. Submit the exams to the specified folder.
